WIN/TCP PathWay Access Installation

   *  How to install PCIND.DOS on WIN/TCP PathWay Access *

   Location of driver : \NDIS\DOS\LAN_S4\PCIND.DOS

   1) Copy PCIND.DOS to directory C:\LANMAN.

   2) Go to the directory C:\LANMAN, and create a text file called 
      PROTOCOL.INI:

                [PCIND]
                drivername = PCIND$

   3) Add the following statements to your CONFIG.SYS file:

                device=c:\lanman\PCIND.DOS

   4) Add the following statements to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file:

                ndis
                winbind
                wintcp
