This archive contains a beta fix for the following problem:

"Mixer LED Not Working When The Wave Device For Voice Modem Is Activated"

Problem: The mixer LED does not work when the Wave Device for Voice
Modem is activated (in Device Manager) with a Voice Modem.

Under Win95 with a Creative sound card and a Voice Modem the
following error may be displayed: "The Wave Device required for
the LED display is already in use. Wait until it is free and then
try again." Disabling the modem's voice support allows the LED
    display to work correctly.

Solution: Use the inclosed Mixer version 5.15 which shipped with the
CD in the PB package.
