Before using Word with The Complete Communicator you must have
the printer driver for the Epson FX-80 printer installed on your
disk. This is done using the Setup utility on the UTILITY 1 disk.
After that has been loaded you may proceed.

                          Hotkey Method

Launch Microsoft Word

Load file into Microsoft Word.

Make sure that the Epson FX print driver has been selected and
that LPT1 is the current port (Print Options).

Enable HotKey (Alt-F if you haven't changed it)

Print document to Printer.

Exit Microsoft Word

You should see the words HKEYSEND immediately upon leaving
Microsoft Word. If you ever get an error message "No Print File
Captured!", it means that it did not have a file to capture at
LPT1. Make sure that you are issuing the print command. Once the
send command is given, the fax will be scheduled for transmission
and will transmit immediately or at the time you specified in the
HotKey window.

NOTE: If you are running DOS 4.0 or higher the HKEYSEND command
is known to not come up automatically. You will have to execute
the HKEYSEND manually. To do this, at the DOS prompt type in
HKEYSEND and press return.
