When upload firmware to device fails. a) upload again b) Reset the device to load factory default settings. ps. If device firmware version below 1.20, please dealer or distributor change the firmware. 2. When network appear "Unstable connection ..." message. a) If the network is busy, wait a moment, then retry again. b) If you've just changed the IPX network address on file server, you must reset the device by unplugging the power cord, then plugging it back in. c) If you've moved the device from network A to B by just changing the network connect cable, you must reset the device by unplugging the power cord, then plugging it back in. 3. When device name is not appear network. a) If you've just uploaded firmware to the device, wait the device itself test complete then retry again. b) If it still not appear, you must reset the device by unplugging the power cord, then plugging it back in. 4. Some print job pass through the queues without printing. a) The device LAN port setting do not match with the "FRAME type" of your NetWare network. b) The print job setting do not match with the "FORM type" of the device. 5. When two printers are used at same time, one of them works very slowly. a) Change the "Print Mode" to "TURBO mode". 6. When the message "Router at node xxxxxxxxxxxx claims network BBBBBBBB should be AAAAAAAA" displayed at File Server. a) If you've just changed the IPX network address on file server, you must reset the device by unplugging the power cord, then plugging it back in. b) If you've moved the device from network A to B by just changing the network connect cable, you must reset the device by unplugging the power cord, then plugging it back in.
