 1) RL2000A.SYS v2.20

     The NDIS driver v2.20 for Windows NT Workstation 3.5 and
     Windows NT Server 3.5 was written to and tested with
     the Network Driver Interface Specification (NDIS)
     Version 3.0.
	
 2) OEMSETUP.INF

     This is a Windows NT 3.5 installation file for RL2000A  PnP
     Series Ethernet adapters.

 Windows NT Workstation 3.5x or Windows NT Server 3.5x
 ÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍ
     a) From Control Panel, select the Network icon and a Network Settings
        dialog box appears.

     b) Click the ADD ADAPTER button and a Add Network Adapter dialog
        box appears.

     c) Select the option, <Other> Requires Disk From Manufacturer, in
        the Network Adapter Card box and a Insert Diskette dialog
        box appears.

     d) Insert Compex RL2000A PnP Series Ethernet Adapter Disk into
        the drive (eg. A:) and enter the full pathname of the setup file.
     		
		   eg. A:\NT35X

     e) A Select OEM Option box lists the adapter setup files.
        Select the correct adapter and click the OK button to
        proceed the installation.

     f) Windows NT will copy the necessary files and start the
	Compex RL2000A PnP Series Adapter Setup.

     g) Choose correct hardware configuration parameters and then
        click OK button

³ DRIVER CONFIGURATION PARAMETERS ³
ÀÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÙ
 In the Compex RL2000A PnP Series Adapter Setup box, users are required
 to select correct configuration parameters for the network adapters.


 Adapter Number - It specifies which adapter in the workstation
		  the driver takes control. The value ranges from 1 to 4.
